What I Did
Losing weight basically comes down to how much dedication you have. Can you handle being strict and not indulging on food like you used to? Can you build up your activity level and still do all the other things that you want to do? For me, it took making the weight loss the single most important thing in my life, before I actually found success. I am so glad I went through it, and I feel so much better now you would not believe. You know yourself better than anyone else, can you do it? You are the only one who can answer that question... Its all about 'making' the time to 'make' it happen.

How I Did It
The Herbalife products made my weight loss possible because I was able to make a permanent change to a healthy diet, and at the same time, not have hunger problems. I took a variety of supplements to help the process, results are not instant, but if you are consistent, then so are your results. A Healthy Lifestyle
The program is simple. Drink two protien shakes a day, for breakfast and lunch, then eat a sensible dinner meal. There are alot of things you can do to help you achieve results. Start drinking more water, or at the very least, more low calorie drinks. Avoid some foods that you know are extremenly high in fat, like most fried stuff is. You do not need to count calories or anything with this plan; you do need calories to function afterall. Don't try to starve yourself, but at the same time don't eat a whole pizza by yourself. Practice some balance, and eat some fresh fruit.
